Corporate Apartment Rentals

Corporate apartments are available directly to companies who need to have turnkey employee, consultant, key person housing. This would be homier less expensive alternative to hotel or Residence Inn/Extended Stay. There is a 3-month minimum stay and no more than 2 adults per apartment. The apartments are completely furnished: please refer to inventory list. Price includes water, electric gas, refuse service, and clean up at end of lease; if customer wants us to arrange for telephone, internet, and cable we will price accordingly. The monthly rent is $1600 at Countryview and Oldfield Village in Wauseon, $1400 at most other locations.

If a company wants standard pricing and to make their own arrangements for utilities and furniture, a standard 1-year lease with buyout option is available. If the actual tenant is not to be permanent resident in area the lease must be with a business/employer. Please call and we will be happy to assist you with this.
